Miss 21 loves houmous and this week she has made healthy meals of tinned fish along with a variety of greenery, and houmous. I think it would be a bit rich for me but she enjoyed it.
|Tinned sardines in tomato sauce, plus avacado, brown bread, houmous on the side and lots of black pepper. She doesn't recommend the fried egg. (Just because she likes things seperately doesn't mean they combine well together)|
|tinned mackerel (in brine,) layered on houmous and lettuce on toast with a side of mushy peas and again lots of black pepper.|
In the meantime I tried a few tinned anchovies on brown rice pasta and sliced fresh chilli. No houmous.
or grilled salmon and roasted vegetables.
