M&S Crush for Spring 2018

Oh my goodness, I shouldn't have gone into M&S to return the straight jeans. I really shouldn't.  You see I am now totally crushing on what I saw in store. Is it my imagination or are M&S (lets ignore my straight jeans mishap) on a winning streak.

These cropped green slim fit trousers (pants) first caught my eye.  They are an olive/khaki shade of green.  Wouldn't they look great with blush, and fresh with a white T?

Next I saw these cotton blend trousers and fell in love, love, love.  I think they have totally nailed these trousers.  On me they are ankle grazers but that's OK.  So if you are petite grab these as I am sure they will be selling out fast.  I did.

This skirt is so pretty but with the rigid A line and being a midi length I thought it would swamp me.  I would need a flowing fabric as a petite, I think.

If I were taller I would.

Finally this short skirt, which would be an ideal knee length on me for the office beckoned me to take pics.  I did not buy it but one day I may well do.  I wonder how long I can hold out.

    1. I know that on line the stock is the same as I got a jumper in the summer that Nikki had just bought in Australia. It wasnt in our stores being out of season but available on line. Also glad you got Alpha. I was going to tell you it is Australian:)

  3. Love the cut of those trousers. Shame their floral skirts are so long this year, that length would be an ankle grazer on me! Hugs, x.

    1. I hope they bring it out in petite. At this length it's a curtain on me sadly

    1. Thank you but it will be while before I wear them. I will be in my thick black turnups though as we are getting a big freeze next week.

  5. Whenever I go into a store to make a return it seems I end up leaving with more! It is such an addiction. This time of year especially when all the cute new styles are out. I love the pants, the printed skinny ones and the wider leg - fabulous!

    1. I think the material won't work for a petite at this length. I hope it comes out for us petites

  7. I adore the first two pairs of pants the midi skirt is absolutely gorgeous and I'd look like I was wearing a printed gunny sack old name for a burlap bag of potatoes . Loved the dark green top and that gorgeous necklace. That might be the real reason they stock things No one except a model could wear to really hook us when we return the item.
